3) Article Processing / Publication Fee

4) Double Blind Peer Review Process

ENSEMBLE uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process. To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity.

5) Anti-Plagiarism Policy

ENSEMBLE regards plagiarism as a very serious offence. It is an illegal form of copying. Plagiarism is defined as the unacknowledged use of the work of others as if this were your own original work. All works submitted for consideration in ENSEMBLE will have to qualify the plagiarism level tested by anti-plagiarism software as per the circular

ENSEMBLE considers the following matters strictly as ‘plagiarism’:

  • Copying and pasting from the Internet and posting somewhere else without proper citation
  • Putting your name on another person’s work
  • Copying strings exactly from another person’s text
  • Using another person’s photo, diagram, tables, sounds, or ideas without proper citation
  • Presenting other’s research in your own words without providing references
  • Purchasing another person’s ideas and using it as your own
  • Presenting ideas in the same format and order as your research source

6) Continuous Publication Model

ENSEMBLE operates under a continuous publication model, which emphasises the online version as the authoritative record and ensures peer reviewed papers can be cited immediately.
